What you can ask
When am I next in [city]?
Ask about a destination and get back the real trip from your itinerary: the dates, and which city and, where your calendar has it, airport.
Who can I meet on this trip?
For any upcoming stop, ask who from your address book will be there. The answer is ranked, capped at ten people, and comes from the same matching apreet uses in the app.
What should I schedule before I travel?
Ask for a rundown of upcoming stops and the people matched to each one, so you know which trips are worth a meeting request before you leave rather than after you land.
All three come from the itinerary and matches you authorised. The assistant is reading your apreet account, not searching the internet and guessing.
What it cannot do yet
It cannot tell you which trips have no networking opportunities without you asking about each one individually, and it cannot recommend meetings on its own between questions. apreet does not read the notes or description of a calendar event, only the date and location, so an assistant cannot tell you what a trip is for, only where and when it is.
Before you connect
Four things worth knowing up front, because they decide whether this is for you.
- Assistants. Claude and ChatGPT can connect today. Others are not supported yet.
- Where. Setting it up happens on a computer, not from an AI app on your phone.
- Effort. It is a one-time setup you do yourself, in the assistant.
- Maturity. The Agent Gateway is new. Treat it as an early feature.
