Agent Gateway

What can I ask my AI?

Once Claude or ChatGPT is connected through the Agent Gateway, here is what to actually type. Every example below comes from a real capability, not a guess at what might work.

Start here

Three questions to try the moment you connect, because they answer immediately from your own account.

  • "Who do I already know in London?" The people in your address book whose home or work address is there.
  • "What trips do I have coming up?" Your real itinerary, read from your calendar.
  • "Who can I meet on my next trip to Berlin?" The people in your address book near that destination, matched against your itinerary for the trip.

Your contacts

Ask about a place, a person, or a company. The answer always comes from your own address book, never a guess.

  • "Who do I already know in Singapore?"
  • "Is [name] someone I already know in Zürich?" Useful when you already have someone in mind and want to know where they overlap with you.
  • "Which of my contacts work at [company]?" Company is an optional field on a contact, so this only finds the ones where it is filled in.

Your trips

Your assistant can compare across trips itself, not only answer about one at a time.

  • "What should I prepare before my next trip?"
  • "Who can I meet on my next trip to Paris?"
  • "Which of my upcoming trips has the most matches?" The assistant checks each trip and compares, rather than a single lookup answering it directly.

Nearby, not just in the city

A plain "who do I know in [city]" question still matches at city level. Asking for a specific radius is different: it works at a real, measured distance, and the more precise the place you name, the more reliably it resolves.

  • "Who do I know within 20 kilometers of Zürich?" A genuine radius search, with an actual distance back, not just a city match.
  • "Who do I already know near ZRH, where I have a layover?" apreet already knows the airport code from your itinerary, so naming it directly works better than describing it.
  • "Who do I know close to downtown Austin?"

Founders, investors, and job titles

Job title and company are optional fields. Roughly a third of your non-apreet contacts, and effectively all of your apreet-connected ones, do not have a job title on file. Treat these as a filter that sometimes finds nothing, not a directory.

  • "Which founders do I know in Berlin?"
  • "Which investors do I know near Zürich?"
  • "Who do I know who works in venture capital?"

If you manage someone else's calendar

An executive assistant does not need their own apreet account for this, but does need access to the account the connector is signed into. If the person you support connects apreet in their own Claude or ChatGPT account, and you already have access to that account, the same way you might already manage their calendar or email, you can ask it these questions on their behalf.

  • "What does [name] have coming up this week?"
  • "Who does [name] already know in Rome?"

A separate login of your own does not carry their apreet connection with it, even inside the same company workspace: each person who signs in to apreet through the connector authorises their own account only. This is their connection, not a separate one reaching into theirs. Read what an assistant can and cannot do before setting this up.

Not yet possible

Being upfront about the edges matters as much as the examples above.

  • Recency, or reconnecting. "Who have I not seen in a year" or "who should I reconnect with" needs apreet to remember when you last interacted, and it does not track that today. It is part of the larger relationship intelligence vision, not something live yet.
  • Customer or relationship-type labels. apreet does not tag a contact as a customer, a friend, or anything else. Job title and company are the closest thing, and both are optional.
  • Sending a message. Your assistant can find who to invite. Sending the invitation itself, on your own or as a group message, is currently only available in the apreet app, not through the assistant.
  • Someone else's exact arrival or departure time. apreet can tell you a contact overlaps with your trip. It does not hand your assistant that person's own travel dates, so "who arrives early and stays late for this conference" or "which teammate will be at the airport at the same time as me" are not something an assistant can answer yet, even though apreet computes some of this internally.
